The Tax Department is responsible for assessing property for tax purposes as well as collecting taxes. Municipal property taxes are used to fund the Town, county, school and refuse collection budgets. The Tax Department is also responsible for the maintenance of municipal liens.

Quarterly Taxes are due: February 1st, May 1st, August 1st, and November 1st.
