The Housing Authority of the Township of Weehawken, Hudson County, New Jersey is requesting proposal for provision of the following professional Services with regard to its Public Housing, Section 8 Programs, FSS Program and Capital Funding Programs.

FISCAL AUDIT SERVICES for 2007 The Housing Authority of the Township of Weehawken administers 100 units of low rent Public Housing, Section 8 rental assistance, Vouchers for approximately 350 recipients 50 Family Self Sufficient Program and Capital Fund Programs.

Copies of the documents setting forth the scope of services for the subject contract terms and conditions, proposal requirements, criteria for evaluation of proposals, and proposal submission requirements may be obtained from the Housing Authority by telephoning the WEEHAWKEN HOUSING AUTHORITY administrative offices at (201) 348-4188, or visiting such offices at 525 Gregory Avenue, Weehawken, NJ Monday thru Friday between the house of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Proposals will be accepted up to 3:00 PM on June 23rd, 2008.
