PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, the record owner of property known as Block 14, Lot 20, Lot 20 or 107 Shippen Ave. on the current Tax Assessment Map of the Township of Weehawken, New Jersey, will appear before the Weehawken (Planning Board) at the Municipal Building, 400 Park Avenue, New Jersey, on June 3, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. to apply for site plan approval and variances from the Zoning Ordinance in order to: Consider the construction of a new parking spot and curb cut in the front yard of the above mentioned property which will encroach over the front yard property line, along with the construction of new steps and walkway to replace existing. The property is an existing undersized lot with non-conforming front, rear and side yard setbacks. The applicant will seek Site Plan approval and all required variances deemed necessary by the Board, and for any other incidental relief that may be required by the Board after the review of the application. The intent of this notice is to afford you the opportunity to appear, if you so desire, before the Board at the time and place designated above for the purpose of being heard with respect to this application. All documents and plans for this application have been filed with the Board at the Municipal Building and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
