PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that JUAN PAZ and ZAIDA PAZ the undersigned record owners of property known as 29-48th Street, Weehawken, New Jersey, BLOCK 61 and LOT 15 on the current Tax Assessment map of the Township of Weehawken, New Jersey, will appear before the Weehawken Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building located at 400 Park Avenue, Weehawken, New Jersey on Tuesday, June 10th, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. to apply for a site plan approval and variances from the Zoning Ordinance in order to build a New Driveway and the Legalization of an existing Basement Apartment and for any other incidental relief that may be required by the Board after the review of the application.
The intent of this notice is to afford you the opportunity to appear, if you so desire, before the Board at the time and place designated above for the purpose of being heard with respect to this application. All documents and plans for this application have been filed with the Planning Board at the Weehawken Municipal Building located at 400 Park Avenue, Weehawken, New Jersey are available for inspection between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
