PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, the record owner of property known as Block 29, Lot 13, 210 Angelique Street, on the current Tax Assessment Map of the Township of Weehawken, New Jersey, will appear before the Weehawken Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, 400 Park Avenue, Weehawken, New Jersey, on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. to apply for necessary variances (minimum lot area, minimum lot depth, minimum front yard, minimum rear yard, minimum left and right side yards, maximum coverage) from the Zoning Ordinance in order to build a new single family 3-story residence and for any other incidental relief that may be required by the Board of Adjustment after the review of the application. The intent of this notice is to afford you the opportunity to appear, if you so desire, before the Board at the time and place designated above for the purpose of being heard with respect to this application. All documents and plans for this application have been filed with the Board at the Municipal Building and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
