NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN
BY THE WEEHAWKEN
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on April 22, 2008, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Weehawken adopted a resolution memorializing the approval granted at its meeting of March 25, 2008 with respect to the application made by 1600 Park Avenue, LLC for the property located at 1600 Park Avenue, Block 11, Lot 3, located in the SW - Special Waterfront District zoning district, granting variances as follows:
(a) A use variance pursuant to N.J.A.A. 40:55D-70(d)(1) from the use requirements of the Weehawken Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction of a four-story single family residence in a zone in which residential use is not permitted;
(b) Bulk and area variances pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c)(1) and (c)(2) from the requirements of the Weehawken Zoning Ordinance to accommodate the single family residential use of the property.
The site plan submitted by the applicant was approved subject to the conditions set forth in the Board's Resolution. A full copy of the Resolution of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and a copy of the site plan are on file with the Secretary of the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
