PLEASE BE ADVISED that an application for a Site Plan/Variance approvals has been filed by RC Associates, LLC with the Weehawken Board of Adjustment for property located at 20 West 19th Street, Block 5, Lot 9 in Weehawken, New Jersey.

The purpose of this application is to construct a new two family residence requiring variances for minimum lot size and depth, minimum side and rear yards and maximum lot coverage and any other relief, variances or waivers deemed necessary by the Board and/or its consultants.
