PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 25, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. the Planning Board of the Township of Weehawken will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 400 Park Avenue, Weehawken, New Jersey, on the application of Robert and Alice Aiello, for site plan approval and variances for property located at 104 Hauxhurst Avenue, Weehawken, New Jersey, also know as Block 39, Lot 3 on the Weehawken Tax Map.

The applicant is seeking variances approval for the construction of a 340 square foot rear second story addition to an existing twofamily residence.

The application for variance and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Weehawken Planning Board, Municipal Building, 400 Park Avenue, Weehawken, New Jersey, and are available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, except holidays. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the application.
