PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, the record owner of property known as Block 23, Lot 8, 227 Jane Street on the current Tax Assessment Map of the Township of Weehawken, New Jersey, will appear before the Weehawken PLANNING BOARD at the Municipal Building, 400 Park Avenue, New Jersey, on 18th March, 2008, at 8:00 p.m. to apply for site plan approval and variances from the Zoning Ordinance in order to put a driveway in and beautify from the front yard to the street and for any other incidental relief that may be required by the Board after the review of the application.

The intent of this is to afford you the opportunity to appear, if you so desire, before the Board at the time and place designated above for the purpose of being heard with respect to this application. All documents and plans for this application have been filed with the Board at the Municipal Building and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
