ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, the record owner of property known as Block 51-01, Lot 1, 4200 Park Avenue on the current Tax Assessment Map of the Township of Weehawken, New Jersey, will appear before the Weehawken Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, 400 Park Avenue, New Jersey, on February 26, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. to apply for variance relief from the Weehawken Zoning Ordinance 2312.4(c)(2) as to the number of signs and size of signs permitted in the RB-1 Zone. The undersigned proposes to erect two (2) wall signs on the building on the property; one located on the Park Avenue frontage and one on the Liberty Way frontage. The proposal would violate the Weehawken Zoning Ordinance in that it would exceed the maximum number of signs permitted on the property. The proposal would also violate the Weehawken Zoning Ordinance in that it would exceed the maximum size of signs permitted on the property. The undersigned will also seek any other incidental relief that may be required by the Zoning Board of Adjustment after review of the application.
The intent of this notice is to afford you the opportunity to appear, if you so desire, before the Board at the time and place desi gnated above for the purpose of being beard with respect to this application. All documents and plans for this application have been filed with the Board at the Municipal Building and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
