Request for Qualifications will be received by the Township Clerk of the Township of Weehawken, in the County of Hudson, New Jersey, at the Townships Clerk's Office in the Municipal Building, 400 Park Avenue, Weehawken NJ on Thursday, February 14th 2008 at 10:00 a.m. for the following services in accordance with the Request for Qualifications.

1. Attorney to the Planning Board of the Township of Weehawken

2. Consultant to Planning & Zoning Boards of the Township of Weehawken

All RFQs shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Township Clerk of Weehawken, the envelope shall have marked on its face on the top right hand side in letters not less than one inch the word 'Request for Qualifications' as well as whichever title you are submitting a response to. Request for Qualifications will not be accepted by facsimile transmission or e-mail.

The burden is upon the Respondent to comply specifically with the directions in this 'Notice for Request for Qualifications'. Any RFQ not delivered in the manner as set forth in this 'Notice for Request for Qualifications' shall be declared void.

Respondents must submit an original and six (6) copies of their Qualifications to the designated contact person or designee:

The Township of Weehawken reserves the right to waive informalities in Request for Qualifications and to reject any and all Requests for Qualifications, if deemed in the best interest of the Township to do so.
