PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that UBS Financial Services, Inc., as a tenant and occupant of property located at 1200 Harbor Boulevard and designated on the current Weehawken Township Tax Assessment Map as Block 34.03, Lot 4.03, has applied to the Township of Weehawken Planning Board for minor site plan approval to permit construction of: (1) a one-story addition with dimensions of approximately 36' by 82' and related modifications to Parking Garage A to provide an area for up to 4 emergency generators and a switch gear room; (2) an adjacent masonry enclosure for 2 above grade fuel tanks; and (3) 2 new electrical load bank equipment units on concrete pads adjacent to the addition. Approval also is requested for any zoning variances, site plan exceptions and/or other incidental relief, if any, as may be determined to be required by the Planning Board. This application will be the subject of a public hearing before the Planning Board on Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. at the Weehawken Municipal Building, 400 Park Avenue, Weehawken, New Jersey 07087.

The purpose of this notice is to afford interested persons the opportunity to appear before the Planning Board at the public hearing and be heard with respect to this application. All documents and plans for this application have been filed with the Planning Board in the Municipal Building and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.
