TAKE NOTICE, that at their regular meeting on Tuesday, December 18, 2007, the Weehawken Planning Board took the following action:

Approved a memorializing resolution granting amended preliminary and final site plan approval for proposed building 4/5 to allow construction of a five (5) story parking garage on Lot 3.02, Block 64.01 that will contain 820 parking spaces and 15,490 square feet of retail space, and 4,933 square feet of office space with ancillary variance relief. Also, the resolution granted Preliminary and Final major site plan approval to construct a five (5) story hotel with 294 guest rooms and 79 timeshare units above the proposed parking garage on Lot 3.02 Block 64.01 in accordance with the Amended Planned Development approval granted by the Weehawken Planning Board.

Copies of the Resolution are filed in the Office of the Planning Board Secretary at the Weehawken Township Hall at 400 Park Avenue, Weehawken, New Jersey and is available for public inspection in that office during regular office hours.
