PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, the record owner of property known as Block 60, Lot 28, on the current Tax Assessment Map of the Township of Weehawken, New Jersey, also known as 22 West 46th St., will appear before the Weehawken PLANNING BOARD/BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT at the Municipal Building, 400 Park Avenue, Weehawken, NJ, on January 22, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. to apply for a site plan approval and variances from the Zoning Ordinance in order to proceed with part removal of the existing garage with an additional of new attic space with access from inside and for any other incidental relief that may be required by the Planning Board after the review of the application. The intent of this notice is to afford you the opportunity to appear, if you so desire, before the Board at the time and place designated above for the purpose of being heard with respect to this application.
