ORDINANCE 14-2007

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP JOF WEEHAWKEN, IN THE COUNTY OF HUDSON, NEW JERSEY (not less than two-thirds of all members thereof affirmatively concurring) AS FOLLOWS:

Section One. Section 6(d) of Bond Ordinance No. 9-2007 of the Township finally adopted July 18, 2007 is hereby amended to read as follows:

'(d) An aggregate amount not exceeding $800,000 for items of expense mentioned in and permitted under Section 40A:2-20 of said law has been included in the cost of said purpose.'

Section Two. Section 6(d) of Bond Ordinance No. 10-2007 of the Township finally adopted August 15, 2007 is hereby amended to read as follows:

'(d) An aggregate amount not exceeding $200,000 for items of expense mentioned in and permitted under Section 40A:2-20 of said law has been included in the cost of said purpose.'

Section Three. This amending bond ordinance shall take effect 20 days after the first publication thereof after final adoption, as provided by the Local Bond Law.

The Ordinance published herewith has been finally adopted on November 19th ,2007 and the 20 day period of limitation within which a suit, action or proceeding questioning the validity of such ordinance can be commenced, as provided in the Local Bond Law, has begun to run from the date of the first publication of this statement.
