BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEEHAWKEN, IN THE COUNTY OF HUDSON, NEW JERSEY (not less than two-thirds of all members thereof affirmatively concurring) AS FOLLOWS:

Section One. Section 6(d) of Bond Ordinance No. 9-2007 of the Township finally adopted July 18, 2007 is hereby amended to read as follows:

'(d) An aggregate amount not exceeding $800,000 for items of expense mentioned in and permitted under Section 40A:2-20 of said law has been included in the cost of said purpose.'

Section Two. Section 6(d) of Bond Ordinance No. 10-2007 of the Township finally adopted August 15, 2007 is hereby amended to read as follows:

'(d) An aggregate amount not exceeding $200,000 for items of expense mentioned in and permitted under Section 40A:2-20 of said law has been included in the cost of said purpose.' Section Three. This amending bond ordinance shall take effect 20 days after the first publication thereof after final adoption, as provided by the Local Bond Law.

Notice is hereby given that the following proposed ordinance has been introduced on first reading at a meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Weehawken held on November 9th 2007 and will be further considered for final passage at a meeting of the Township Council to be held on Monday November 19th 2007 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached, at which time and place all persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning this ordinance. A copy of this ordinance in full is posted in the Office of the Township Clerk, of the Township of Weehawken, and copies are available up to the time of said meeting to the general public of the Township of Weehawken requesting same.
