PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 24th day of July, 2007 the Zoning Board of Adjustment ('Board') of the Township of Weehawken adopted a resolution of approval granting to Richard and Jennifer Zellmer. ('Applicant') Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval with a variance to allow a side yard setbacks of 4.9' and 3' on the other side and to allow the addition of a third floor to the exiting two floor building residence at 116 Park Avenue, Weehawken, New Jersey, and designated as Block 41.01, Lot 37 on the tax map of the Township of Weehawken. The application and aforementioned resolution of approval are available for public inspection at the Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment Office of the Township of Weehawken during normal hours.
