Please Take Notice that the undersigned, the record owner of property known as Block 22, Lot 10, 115 Dodd Street, Weehawken, NJ on the current Tax Assessment Map of the Township of Weehawken, New Jersey, will appear before the Weehawken Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, 400 Park Avenue, New Jersey, on November 20, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. to apply for site plan approval and variance from the Zoning Ordinance in order to build a one room second floor addition and for any other incidental relief that my be required by the Board after the review of the application. The intent of this notice is to afford you the opportunity to appear, if you so desire, before the Board at the time and place designated above for the purpose of being heard with respect to this application. All documents and plans for this application have been filed with the Board at the Municipal Building and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
