PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 26th day of June, 2007 the Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") of the Township of Weehawken adopted a resolution of approval granting to David Spangethal ("Applicant") Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval with variance to allow a side yard setback of 0.7" where 3' is required on one side yard setback of 0.8' where 7' is required on the other side, and four (4) stories where three (3) are permitted which will allow the applicant the right to construct a fourth story to an existing three story, two family residence at 297 Park Avenue Weehawken,New Jersey, anddesignated as Block 16, Lot 14 on the tax map of the Township of Weehawken. The application and aforementioned resolution of approval are available for public inspection at the Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment Office of the Township of Weehawken during normal business hours.
