PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, the record owner of the property known as Block 51.01, Lot 34, on the current Tax Assessment Map of the Township of Weehawken, New Jersey, also known as 4206-4212 Park Avenue will appear before the Weehawken Planning Board at the Municipal Building, 400 Park Avenue, New Jersey on Tuesday, 16th of October, 2007, at 8:00pm to apply for Change of Use for a proposed Children Day Care and for any incidental relief that may be required by the Board after the review of the application. The intent of this notice is to afford you the opportunity to appear, if you so desire, before the Board at the time and place designated above for the purpose of being heard with respect to this application. All documents and plans for this application has been filed with the Board at the Municipal Building and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
